• Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
• Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
  
• Ability to screen Candidates resumes and job applications
• Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
• Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
• Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Eligiblity

• Any Graduates with a passion to work as a HR.
• Candidates with 1 year relevant experience will also be considered
• Exposure to BPO/ITES Recruitments would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
• Ability to speak in any other regional language (Hindi/Telugu/ Kannada/ Malayalam ) will be an added advantage.
• Chennai based Female Candidates only
